I had the privilege of playing bass with Steve Harley (Cockney Rebel) at a gig in the “Ship and Star” Sudbury back in the 90’s.
The pub was absolutely packed with Steve Harley fans and it was blisteringly hot.
Sadly, this public house has now closed and has reverted back to a private house.
